Before Philip Suter joined Frank Farr & Sons in 1984, he was running his own lettings and Property Management business in High Wycombe.

Trading as Jeffrey Milner Property Management he started to work with local agents including the four offices of Frank Farr and Sons

Jeffrey Milner "make a note to consult us" notepads were distributed around the area to get the "JM" name about (image does not enlarge)

Slough Windsor Express November 1982 and Buckinghamshire Advertiser - Promoting "Beach Villas"

Then the importance of obtaining as much media coverage as possible which was basically free publicity. (image does enlarge)

Then in March 1984 moved to Richings Park, Iver, Bucks to Frank Farr & Sons (image does enlarge)
