Here in 1997 using both the Frank Farr brand and the Halifax to show the numerous local offices that a client's property could be marked through, including Halifax Property Services in High Wycombe and Hazlemere (formerly Stuart Newman and Partners later to become The JNP Partnership) and Gale & Power in Staines.Philip Suter set up the Frank Farr letting offices and in late 2001 set up the letting office for The JNP Partnership When Frank Farr & Sons was bought by The Leeds Permanent Building Society (Subsidary Property Leeds UK Ltd) they retained the estate agents names they had bought - Frank Farr, Gale & Power, Eddisons, Allsop Cottons etc. The Halifax with their Halifax Estate Agencies Ltd (Heal) decided to re-brand the majority of well known names like Stuart Newman and Partners in High Wycombe as Halifax Property Services. The Halifax took over the Leeds Permanent, however by this time they realised the importance of local brand names and the original names retained by Property Leeds remained. Several of the estate agents and surveyors like Eddisons and Allsop Cottons (later Cottons) arranged management buy outs. The JNP Partnership in the High Wycombe area of Bucks had be re-born again from the old Stuart Newman and Partners and they took over offices in Hazlemere, Prestwood and Princes Risborough from Halifax Property Services and re-branded as The JNP Partnership. Frank Farr in Beaconsfield also became one of these management buy outs via Philip Suter and associates trading first as Tennysons then Aitchisons.
